The Brain Health Center is an integrated hub for comprehensive brain care, uniting specialized programs in memory, balance, and mental health under one roof. Through our Memory Center, patients receive thorough cognitive and dementia evaluations with advanced diagnostics and personalized plans; our Balance and Dizziness Center provides targeted neurological and vestibular care for dizziness, vertigo, and migraine-related disorders; and our TMS Health Center delivers evidence-based psychiatric care, including non-invasive TMS therapy for conditions such as depression, anxiety, cognitive impairment, smoking addiction, OCD, and PTSD. Our programs collaborate continuously to enhance cognitive function, reduce fall risk, and support mental wellness—delivering results that matter for patients and families.

Since our parent company, the Balance and Dizziness Center, first opened its doors, we’ve seen countless patients cycle through multiple providers, feeling lost and discouraged. Through developing close relationships with our patients, we also noticed that many of these individuals also struggle with memory and cognitive challenges. Since then, we’ve expanded our focus to offer comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs. With years of collaboration among dedicated physicians and specialists, we’ve honed our expertise in diagnosing and treating memory and cognitive impairments. Today, we continuously seek innovative technologies and methodologies to deliver the most accurate assessments and effective treatments—because helping you feel understood, supported, and hopeful is at the heart of everything we do.
